Qualifications & Requirements
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ progressive experience in business development, client acquisition, or management within the FMCG, manufacturing, or corporate services sectors.
- Proven experience in:
- FMCG brand activation, promotional services, merchandising, and roadshows.
- Human resource outsourcing and manpower service management.
- Pitching, persuading, and sourcing contracts from FMCG companies, manufacturing firms, supermarkets, and related institutions.
- Strong ability to identify, negotiate, and secure tenders, partnerships, and service contracts.
- Excellent relationship management skills with demonstrated success in client retention and business growth.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- High levels of integrity, innovation, and results-oriented focus.
Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Lead in identifying, sourcing, and securing new business opportunities for BEMASO LTD.
- Manage, oversee, and provide leadership in brand activations, promotional campaigns, merchandising projects, and outsourced manpower solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand company presence in FMCG, manufacturing, and corporate support sectors.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
2. Human Resource Manager – (1 Position)
Qualifications & Requirements
Required
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in HR management, preferably within an HR outsourcing, recruitment, or manpower services company.
- Solid knowledge of Kenya labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, placement, and welfare management of outsourced staff.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with legal and industry standards.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, and grievance handling.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and staff development programs.
- Advise management on manpower planning, compliance, and organizational development strategies.
- Ensure effective HR support for operational teams across all projects.
